What do you understand by the word healthy? Is it that you eat the right foods or that you do the correct amount of exercise. To me it is more than that, yes, it is eating a healthy diet, it is doing exercise but also you need well-being. Well-being is probably the most important of the three because if you have well-being then the diet and fitness will probably follow. Well-being takes in both your emotional and physical health. It covers stress levels, happiness, motivation and self esteem as well as the physical aspects of being free from illness.

My clients are ordinary people, not body builders or top class athletes. They are people who want to stay active and mobile for as long as possible and they want to look after their bodies. They want to feel good about themselves, they want to have that sense of well-being

Training is for all ages and abilities and the programmes are tailored to meet your requirements. Whatever your goal, whether it be to lose weight, get fit or just to look good, a tailored programme can be designed to suit both you and your environment.

So, if you want that sense of well-being, contact me to discuss your requirements. If you are not ready to commit to a training programme yet, read some of my articles or my blog. I practice in  North Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
